Hi, I am Coach Cheree! At You First Fitness, my goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals, starting right where you are! Training class are for all levels! We will be focusing on core strengthening, mobility stretching, cardio, and total body workouts! All while vibing to some music that’s sure to get you going!! Don’t think of this class as just another exercise class, it’s time to have a good time while treating your body right!!

Pumped Up Pilates Class

Come join Rachel for her Pumped-Up Pilates class. This class is focused on the core, quads, and glutes and is a great way to get the body warm and worked out. This class is catered to all skill levels with many modifications presented. If you want to get a full body workout in a safe and fun way, come join our ACE certified instructor Rachel!

How much are classes?

Your first class is free! All classes thereafter are $25/class.

Who is small group fitness for?

  • The middle-aged and elderly
  • The desk-bound and inactive
  • The pregnant and post-natal
  • Those needing pre- and post-operation strengthening
  • Those referred by their doctor, physio, osteopath, chiropractor or other practitioner
  • The person interested in fitness that protects their pelvic floor

Can men and or trans persons attend?

Absolutely! Although our program serves many women, our services (both fitness and therapy) are for ALL PEOPLE!

 

Does my insurance cover group fitness?

No. Our group fitness classes are similar to that of other local gyms. It is a fee for service class. We offer affordable rate for all of our classes.

Can I be a therapy patient and participate in group fitness?

Absolutely. Because we offer modifications for all of our participants needs, our classes are safe for all people.

How long are classes?

45-50 minutes

Do I have to be in shape already to participate?

No. We welcome all genders, ages, and fitness levels

How do I get started?

The best way to start is by giving us a call and coming to see the studio in action.If you like what you see and want to take things further, we will ask you to complete a form that asks you a series of questions about your medical history, current health, fitness and objectives.

One of our instructors will then assess your posture, alongside the information in your form and devise a program to meet your precise needs. They will then show you how to get started and teach you the basics. Our instructors will continue to work with you as you progress and start to reap the benefits.

They will also continue to develop and adapt your Pilates routine as your body gradually improves and your needs evolve.

What should I wear?

Any comfortable, loose clothing, such as a T-shirt with leggings or tracksuit bottoms, or else shorts of a respectable length; but no singlets please.Please do not wear shoes, since they are not allowed on the machines but do wear socks, clean if possible.
